Molly Palmer

Molly is a paralegal in Taft’s Minneapolis office with over a dozen years of legal experience. Her work focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and business law.

Molly specializes in assisting clients with all aspects of asset and stock acquisitions, due diligence, business integration, and statutory and regulatory compliance, including reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, such as Forms 3, 4, and 5 and Schedules 13D and 13G, and of the U.S. government’s System for Award Management (SAM). She also assists with transactions, entity formation, corporate governance, and intellectual property matters.

Additionally, Molly specializes in minority-owned business certifications by Minnesota’s Office of State Procurement and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
