Morgan earned her law degree from the Pennsylvania State University. While pursuing her Juris Doctor, she worked in state government, nonprofit, and law firm settings and served as an articles editor for the Penn State Law Review. These hands-on experiences provided Morgan with the opportunity to see the inner workings of many different areas of law, including tax, environmental, real estate, and labor and employment.
