Nancy A. Neibergs

Nancy is a paralegal in the litigation practice. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation ranging from initial investigation and claims analysis to post-trial and appellate briefing. She has worked on a variety of cases including contract disputes, regulatory analysis and enforcement, garnishments, bankruptcies and on both sides of insurance coverage litigation.

Much of Nancy’s work involves evidence gathering/large scale discovery, management and analysis of conventional and electronic data, drafting pleadings, and preparation for depositions, hearings and trials.
