Summary
Nicollette is a litigator that navigates her clients through all stages of complex commercial litigation in both federal and state trial courts. She routinely represents large and small businesses in the technology, construction, insurance, banking, manufacturing, and food and beverage industries.
Nicollette is skilled in representing her clients in matters relating to contract disputes, shareholder disputes, employee whistleblowing, trade secrets, and breaches of fiduciary duties. She has experience in data privacy litigation, including the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and the Illinois Genetic Information Privacy Act (GIPA). Nicollette also has a unique depth of experience in enforcing client’s rights arising under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA).
Nicollette is proud to coach Loyola University Chicago School of Law’s National Moot Court Competition team. She is an active member of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab’s Associate Board.
Prior to joining Taft, Nicollette worked for an employee benefits firm where she advocated for ERISA plans in federal court.
