Summary
Pablo leads clients through acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, developments, and leasing of commercial real estate properties throughout the United States. He manages complex commercial real estate transactions for private and institutional investors, family offices, owners, and developers in connection a wide variety of asset classes including office, multi-family, retail, hotel, industrial, and mixed use.
Pablo is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest level of peer recognition for legal ability and ethical standards. Prior to joining Taft, Pablo was a partner at Pircher, Nichols and Meeks in Chicago. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
Pablo serves on several of Taft’s task forces is also a member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
