Summary
Rachel is an associate in Taft’s Cleveland office, where she focuses her practice on commercial litigation and labor and employment law. Prior to joining Taft full time, Rachel was a summer associate with the firm. During law school, she also served as an Extern for the Honorable Charles E. Fleming of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Rachel earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Cleveland State University College of Law, and her bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice, also magna cum laude, from Ashland University. During law school, Rachel served as Executive Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review, where she was published for her Note titled Revisiting Compassionate Release: The Sentencing Commission’s Compassionate Changes to the 2023 Compassionate Release Policy Statement. Rachel also competed on the Moot Court team and was an Academic Excellence Program Fellow, assisting first-year law students develop essential academic skills.
