Rashid Ahmed

Rashid maintains a transactional practice focused on a wide range of general corporate matters, including entity formation, private financings, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Taft, Rashid was an associate at an international law firm in New York, where he represented public and private companies in corporate and securities matters.

Rashid earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. During law school, he served as a member of the Columbia Journal of European Law. Rashid also holds an L.L.M in International Criminal Law from Universiteit van Amsterdam.
