Rebecca S. Kurtz

Rebecca is a conflicts attorney in Taft’s Cleveland office. She identifies and resolves ethical and business conflicts for the firm’s new clients and matters. She also assists in conflict clearance and client and matter intake for lateral attorneys.

Rebecca has substantial experience in intake and conflicts, the Rules of Professional Conduct, and policy and procedure development. She is skilled at managing teams of lawyers and non-lawyers while heavily focusing on using technology to improve efficiencies. Prior to joining Taft, she was the Business Intake & Conflicts Manager for UB Greensfelder.
