Rebekah Cohen Israel

Rebekah is an Associate in the firm’s finance practice group, focusing on commercial real estate finance, including both Lender’s-side and Borrower-side real estate financing, bridge and permanent real estate-secured credit facilities, among others. Her transactions involve real estate located throughout the country, and include multi-family housing, student housing, condominiums, hotels, senior housing and mixed-use developments. She enjoys the challenge of representing parties in complex transactions, and it’s imperative to her that she understand both the finance issues and business effects her transactions have on her clients.
