Summary

Bekah is an attorney in Taft’s Indianapolis office where she practices business law. She focuses on complex business and commercial transactions, including strategic alliances, joint ventures, and critical long-term customer and vendor agreements. She also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and emerging companies, and social enterprises.

Bekah’s practice includes:

  • Drafting and negotiating essential commercial agreements for clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, hospitality, and innovative health care.
  • Advising and training procurement and sales teams on best contracting practices and streamlining contracting processes.
  • Serving as outside general counsel to advise clients on corporate governance matters.
