• Tried more than 75 criminal and civil cases to juries, including white collars crimes, fraud, theft, first degree murder, assaults, sex offenses, drug possession and distribution, defamation, and serious personal injury and wrongful death cases.
• Represents plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving defamation, wrongful death, fraud, personal injury, and others.
• In 2005, Rick, along with Richard Tegtmeier, won what is believed to be the largest wrongful death verdict ever in Colorado of $32.4 million.
