Summary

Bob is a business associate in Taft’s Chicago office. He advises businesses of all sizes on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, employment disputes, and contract negotiations.

Prior to joining Taft, Bob was a business attorney at a national law firm where he focused his practice on non-reliance clauses, internet libel, loan service agreements, and commercial real estate matters. He also served as an intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of European Litigation and a judicial extern with The Honorable Barbara Scheper of the Los Angeles Superior Court. While in law school, Bob was a staff member of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy.

Bob is licensed to practice in Ohio and his Illinois license is pending.
