Summary
Bob focuses his practice on counseling and defending companies on employment-related issues, including OSHA, NLRB and EEOC proceedings, federal and state court litigation, wage-hour compliance, collective bargaining, arbitration, and regulatory compliance. For more than four decades, Bob has aggressively represented companies of all sizes and has served as general counsel to numerous trade associations throughout the United States.
Bob’s OSHA practice focuses on both state and federal OSHA matters, including investigations, trials and effective safety programs. He has defended companies in numerous fatality cases and holds the leading case on heat stress in the United States – See here. Bob argued this case before the OSH Review Commission in Washington, D.C. The Commission seldom hears cases in person.
