Spencer Pedemonte brings a unique perspective to his practice. Utilizing his prior career experience as a winemaker, he serves his clients by blending creativity with practical solutions.

Spencer assists and advises business owners in protecting their creative assets through portfolio development and management, strategy, licensing, enforcement, and litigation of their intellectual property. He uses his deep understanding of the food and beverage industry to help his clients navigate liquor licensing, commercial contracts, and compliance with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau.

He works with clients in a range of industries, including sports and entertainment, food and beverage, fashion, technology, and aerospace.

Spencer graduated with high honors from the University of Montana’s Alexander Blewett III School of Law. While in law school, he participated in a Legal Fellowship with the Wikimedia Foundation. He is a recipient of the Montana Bar Intellectual Property Section Graduation Award.

Before attending law school, his work as a winemaker took him to Oregon, New Zealand, Australia, Chile, France, and Italy.
