Summary

Stephen is an attorney in Taft’s Government Contracts practice group. He advises clients on matters related to bid protests, including drafting initial and supplemental protests and motions from inception to conclusion at the agency level, the Boards of Contract Appeals, the Government Accountability Office, and the Court of Federal Claims. Stephen also has experience with document review, responding to discovery requests, and drafting motions in civil litigation.

He received a juris doctor from the George Washington University Law School and a bachelor of arts in political science and a bachelor of science, cum laude, in economics from Auburn University.
