Stephen T. Erwin

Stephen is an attorney in our Securities, Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Venture Capital and Emerging Companies practices. Stephen focuses his practice on the preparation of registration statements for initial public offerings, secondary offerings and mergers, drafting, reviewing, and filing periodic reports as required by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as 1934 Act compliance matters. Additionally, his work includes assisting corporate clients during public and private equity and debt offerings and providing counsel on all corporate governance matters.

Stephen also provides support to both publicly and privately held companies involved in mergers, acquisitions, or other corporate transactions of any structure or size. He works closely with our other practice groups in providing a full-service, attentive approach to meet the individual goals of each matter.
