Steve T. Henke

Steve focuses his practice on providing legal counsel for transactions involving aircraft and resolving complex litigation. His experience includes a wide range of lawsuits (involving real estate transactions, employment disputes, construction contracts, disclosure of confidential information, class actions, and aviation issues). His transactional advice benefits from understanding how and when contracts are litigated after closing.

Prior to private practice, Steve worked with federal and state courts around Indiana. Steve earned a B.A., magna cum laude, from Wabash College and J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

Steve serves a director of the Indianapolis Association of Wabash Men. He is also a member of the Indianapolis State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and several other organizations.
