Susan McMaster

Susan is a paralegal in Taft’s Southfield office and provides support to attorneys in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Governance practices. Her responsibilities include forming corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships; preparation of resolutions, bylaws, stock certificates, and operating agreements; obtaining tax identification numbers; preparing and filing Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) liens; litigation; UCC and tax lien searches; out-of-state qualifications; and corporate document review.

Susan earned her bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies from Madonna University.
