Susan Volante

Susan is a paralegal in the firm’s finance and public finance practices. She assists attorneys primarily in the areas of public and private facilities financing.

Susan has extensive experience in tax increment financing and has worked with many Minnesota and Wisconsin municipalities in this area. She assists with the preparation of documents related to general obligation transactions and tax increment financing issues. In addition, she assists with coordinating closing and post-closing details.
