Suzanne Harrod

Suzanne is a senior paralegal with nearly 40 years of experience in handling corporate matters, including the formation, qualification, dissolution, and conversion of business entities in all states, maintaining annual report filings and preparing entity minutes and various agreements. She also has more than twenty years of experience working on a variety of immigration matters, including employment-, investor-, and family-based cases.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in art history from Queens College.
