Summary

Tamir knew from an early age he wanted to become a lawyer and advocate for others. Today, he is a well-established, successful litigator who provides clients with practical advice, in-depth analysis, and innovative representation.

He has successfully brought and defended court cases and arbitrations with far-reaching success for companies, government entities, and individuals throughout Colorado and across the United States. He has extensive experience in cases and advising clients in construction, real estate, financial services, healthcare, oil and gas, intellectual property, and partnership or corporate disputes.

Tamir is renowned for his work in construction law. He has experience representing construction clients from start to finish, including contracts, claims, rights, and contract disputes.

One of the ways in which Tamir sets himself apart from his peers is his responsiveness and communication with clients. He builds trusting relationships and genuinely cares about making his clients’ lives easier by keeping their best interests in mind, whether that is negotiations or a trial.

Tamir serves as the Denver Litigation group chair.

  • Obtained full trial verdict for city against architect on defective design and breach of duty claims, including recovery of attorney fees and costs.
  • Obtained full trial verdict on non-compete and defamation claims, including recovery of attorney fees and costs.
  • Tried numerous non-compete and trade secret cases.
  • Represented clients in multiple class actions across the country, including part of team that successfully defeated class action claims in multiple states for financial services clients, obtaining full dismissals.
