Summary
Teri is an accomplished, all-around corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies throughout their business lifespan.
Teri negotiates on behalf of and advises clients on entity formation and corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, venture capital and green energy investments, regulatory compliance, corporate reorganizations, and operational matters. She also has extensive experience negotiating complex cable franchise agreements.
Recent projects include negotiating operational agreements related to the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix and large carbon capture 45Q tax credit investments.
Before becoming a lawyer, Teri worked for multiple global cable and telecommunications companies, establishing and implementing policy for a wide variety of business and industry initiatives. She handled regulatory compliance and proceedings, cable franchise renewals and transfers, and oversaw various public affairs programs. In those roles, Teri gained business experience and operational and practical knowledge that few attorneys possess. This skill set enables her to provide her clients with a real-life, balanced view of issues and challenges as opposed to a purely legal perspective.
