Thomas M. Caturia

Tom is a member of the Real Estate practice group in Taft’s Minneapolis office. He focuses his practice on representing clients in transactions related to the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, and financing of real property.

Tom also assists clients with transactional business matters including business entity formation, and stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to coming to Taft, Tom was an associate at a full-service Minneapolis law firm, where he worked in the Banking, Business, and Real Estate practice groups.

Tom graduated from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2017. While in law school, Tom served as a law clerk for the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office, where he worked in the criminal appeals and adult prosecution divisions. In that role, Tom gained experience appearing before the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
