Summary
Tiffany focuses her practice in the area of public finance and has served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, special disclosure counsel, or bank counsel to hundreds of municipal financings relating to the issuance of tax-exempt debt by state and local governments. She advises on the issuance of general obligation bonds, direct loans, lease purchase transactions, special revenue bonds, and other debt obligations on behalf of governmental entities and conduit issuers including special taxing districts and authorities, school districts, urban renewal authorities, cities, towns, and counties.
Tiffany has helped clients issue in excess of $2 billion in tax-exempt financings for public infrastructure, education, and additional municipal projects in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and throughout the greater Rocky Mountain West and Western United States. Prior to joining Taft, Tiffany served as a Legal and Compliance manager for Morgan Stanley in New York City.

Notable Matters
- Acted as counsel to hundreds of special taxing district financings throughout Colorado and Utah.
- Served as bond and special counsel to a university in multiple financings over the past five years with issuances of up to $150 million. The transactions included financings of higher education projects such as new dorm buildings, a student center, community commons and renovations of the campus career center.
- Acted as disclosure counsel on multiple school district financings in Colorado and Nevada with par amounts ranging from $45 million to over $600 million.
