UJ B. Paradise

UJ is an attorney in Taft’s Minneapolis office and focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and corporate governance.

UJ earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she served on the University of Minnesota Alumni Association Board of Directors and as the Chair of the University of Minnesota Recreation and Wellness Advisory Board. Additionally, UJ received the nationally recognized CLEA Outstanding Student Director Award for her work at the University of Minnesota Law School’s Business Law Clinic. UJ earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and communication studies at the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining Taft, UJ was a summer associate with the firm for two consecutive summers.
