Summary

Victoria is an associate in Taft’s Intellectual Property practice group in Indianapolis. She counsels clients in all areas of trademark portfolio management, extensive enforcement efforts, and on trademark clearance searches in the U.S. and abroad. She also has experience prosecuting trademark applications, including counseling on and responding to Office Actions, as well as filing and pursuing opposition and cancellation proceedings, among other post-registration proceedings, both internationally and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She advises clients at each step of building, maintaining, and protecting their trademark portfolios. Victoria’s work ranges from helping her clients select and file trademarks to handling TTAB matters to managing large global trademark portfolios. She also has experience drafting and administering IP licenses for clients.

Victoria received a bachelor’s in business administration from Belmont University and a juris doctor from Indiana University McKinney School of Law. She worked as a law clerk at Taft prior to becoming an attorney.
