Wanda F. Long

As director of operations, Wanda manages the office administration team and support staff at Taft’s Dayton office. She works directly with the Dayton partner-in-charge and office leadership to facilitate a positive and productive work environment for both staff and attorneys.

Wanda brings over 35 years of experience leading teams and overseeing multi-site facilities, specifically in the hospital and healthcare industry. Her primary focus is on project management, financial analysis, site management, diplomacy and team-building, practice management, and diversity, ethics, and integrity programs.

Wanda received her MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from The Ohio State University. She also received her B.S. in Business Administration: Accounting from The Ohio State University.
