Wendy A. Berklich

Wendy is a paralegal in the firm’s business law practice and has over 20 years of experience as a paralegal. She assists attorneys primarily in the areas of corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Her primary duties include the creation and maintenance of legal entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. In addition, Wendy assists with stock and asset acquisitions by reviewing and organizing due diligence, preparing ancillary documents, and managing closing documents.
