Wendy Zabriskie

Wendy is an attorney in our Lending and Finance and Real Estate Finance practice groups. She specializes in complex transactions involving corporate and real estate finance with a focus on borrower representation. She has a particular strength in efficient project management and is often retained to work on high profile finance transactions. She has significant experience representing borrowers and lenders in multi-million dollar corporate and real estate deals including acquisition financing involving senior and mezzanine debt structures, syndicated lending, and construction and other real estate financing arrangements. Wendy has worked on numerous construction and real estate financing transactions for a broad spectrum of projects including mixed use, retail, office, multi-family, senior housing, self storage, industrial, warehouse, parking, hospitality, restaurant and entertainment/arena facilities.
