She has experience in a range of litigation matters, including commercial and contract disputes and intellectual property claims. As part of her employment practice, Yohana helps industry leaders navigate the employer-employee relationship, from identifying workplace best practices and policies to handling employment disputes. |
Before joining Taft as an associate, Yohana was a summer associate with the firm. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Kalamazoo College. While in law school, Yohana served as a judicial extern for the Eastern District of Michigan, gaining valuable experience that she brings to her practice. |
