Zachary J. LeCompte

Zachary is an attorney in Taft’s Cincinnati office. He focuses his practice on a wide variety of environmental matters, including regulatory compliance, environmental litigation, and enforcement activities. Zachary represents companies across industries, along with commercial developers and government entities.

Prior to joining Taft, Zachary was an employment associate at a national law firm. He also clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio. Zachary’s diverse experience benefits the clients he serves today.

Zachary earned his J.D., summa cum laude and Order of the Coif, from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While in law school, Zachary was a member of the Student Legal Education Committee, served as the Finance Director of the Moot Court Honor Board, and worked at the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic. He also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor’s degree from Miami University.
