Taft’s workers’ compensation practice has grown substantially over the past 25 years. Because of a timely commitment to the practice as a vital area of law, and by providing a core staff of attorneys and paralegals dedicated exclusively to workers’ compensation matters, we have consistently provided high quality and cost-effective representation to our clients. The firm presently has fourteen attorneys and nine paralegals in the practice group in offices in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus and Cleveland, together with several additional attorneys who assist the group with specialized portions of the practice.

The firm’s attorneys routinely handle workers’ compensation matters at all administrative levels as well as before the trial courts, state appellate courts, and the Ohio Supreme Court, and several Supreme Court cases have involved precedent setting decisions favorable to employers throughout Ohio. The firm’s attorneys also advise and represent clients on workers’ compensation reform, insurance related concerns, and the overall administration of their workers’ compensation programs.
